In 1988, I began my fitness journey. In 1993, I became a personal trainer to help others achieve their fitness goals. By 2009, I launched Fit For Trips to assist adventure travelers in getting fit. What to Expect During Your Consultation
My ultimate goal is to boost your confidence and training knowledge, enabling you to complete your hiking adventure with less stress and strain while enhancing your safety.
To get to that point, we’ll first talk about the Fit For Trips Big 5TM – a must-have strategy that forms the core of a successful hiking program. For hiking mastery, you must balance all five in your training plan.
